This Master User Agreement (“Agreement”) is applicable to all bicycles/products sold through ROXY. In addition to this Agreement, the User shall be required to read and accept the relevant terms and conditions of any service for each such Service, which may be updated or modified by ROXY from time to time. Such shall be deemed to be a part of this Agreement.

All the terms, conditions and notices contained in this Agreement as may be posted on the Website from time to time shall be applicable for all bicycles and products sold through ROXY. For the removal of doubts, it is clarified that the purchase of any bicycle/product by the User constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance by the User of this Agreement.
